Who would be my accountant?

Hi, I’m Tabitha! I’ve worked at national, mid-sized, and local accounting firms, so I can handle a wide variety of clients—from coffee shops to dentists, real estate, and construction businesses. I hold a bachelor’s from Appalachian State University and am working toward becoming an Enrolled Agent to offer tax services in the future. My passion is helping small businesses simplify accounting and focus on growth, and I’m always available to answer questions about your package or services.

How often is my bookkeeping completed?

I review your accounts daily to ensure everything is accurate and up to date. This allows me to reach out promptly if any questions arise, so your bookkeeping stays accurate and stress-free.

Are there any contracts or hidden fees?

Your subscription comes with a simple engagement letter outlining your package and pricing—there are no hidden fees. You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, giving you flexibility and peace of mind.

What is the earliest I can be onboarded?

Once you click “Get Started” and schedule your kickoff call, I’ll reach out promptly to confirm your package and get you onboarded. Inquiries received Monday–Thursday will usually get a response within 24 hours; inquiries Friday–Sunday will be handled on Monday.

Do you handle cleanup projects?

Yes- we'll get your accounting back on track. Fees are charged per month of cleanup work.
